2. Shipped from Spain & Delivery Times

• Shipping Origin: All our products are shipped directly from our warehouse in Spain.
• Delivery Time: Our standard delivery time is 3 to 4 business days. Weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) and public holidays are not counted as business days.
• We do our utmost to process and ship your order as quickly as possible so you can receive it within this timeframe.

3. Shipping Costs

4. Track & Trace

• As soon as your package leaves our warehouse in Spain and is handed over to the courier service, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a Track & Trace link. This allows you to easily follow your shipment until it reaches the delivery address.
  
  

5. Not Home or Delivery to a Pickup Point

• If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the courier will often attempt to deliver the package to the neighbors or take it to a nearby pickup point. You will receive a notification from the carrier so you know exactly where to collect your package.
